Acting on behalf of YESSS Electrical, one of the UK’s largest electrical wholesalers, we were instructed to rationalise and relocate certain branches including that at Blandford in Dorset.

Initial assessment suggested the unit was well presented and would Let well in the current market.  Full costings and a marketing report were prepared for the client to give clarity and as much certainty as possible.

When the decision to bring the property to market was taken, a professional brochure was prepared in print and PDF versions, listed on well-regarded national property websites and databases.

Success came swiftly, as the property was Let on the very first viewing, to national tools supplier Toolstation once legal formalities had been concluded.

The transaction was structured by way of a surrender of the existing lease and regrant of a new lease to the new tenant. This means our client ended their relationship and any ongoing liability with the property.
